Incertezza e cambiamento,  elementi chiave che aprono quest’epoca che si orienta verso mutamenti che porteranno la società ad essere quella di oggi.

Tutti coloro che hanno vissuto questi tempi non possono non ricordare telefilm come Friends,  Beverly Hills 9021 e Baywatch .Gruppi musicali come le Spice Girl,ed i Backstreet boys; la musica disco dance risuonava in tutte le radio di questo decennio.

La moda invece vive un periodo di semplificazione, taglie oversize o aderenti che sottolineano i materiali. Parallelamente il ritorno in passerella del grunge (movimento legato a quel genere rock con influenze heavy metal e punk che ha visto emergere artisti come i Nirvana e Alice in Chains) in tinte scure, gonne raso terra, catene come accessori, jeans strappati.

Tailleur, i blazer le nuove tendenze di questi dieci anni; Dr. Martens le  school bag , i simboli cult.

All those who lived in 1990 remind telefilms like Friends, Beverly Hills 9021, Baywatch. Spice girls, Backstreet boys , disco dance music played on the radio.

In fashion this decade had a period of simplification, oversize or tight clothes and a lot of different materials. At the same time there was the return of the grunge (is a subgenre of alternative rock that emerged during the mid-1980 in the Seattle area. Inspired by  punk, heavy metal, and indie rock) in dark colors, long skirts, chains as accessories, ripped jeans.

Tailleur,  blazers were the new trends; Dr Martens, school bags cul symbols.
